After several tries, I finally nailed Annie's first official look and outfit. These steps where decisive for achieving her actual form, and I consider it to be the origin of her new self.

Depues de algunos intentos, Por fin logre hacer el primer look y vestuario oficial de Annie. Estos pasos fueron decisivos para lograr la forma acutal de Annie, y los considero el orginen de su nueva forma de ser.

Annie conceived a couple of complementive traits from her wolf-dog heritage, like her grey-white-black fur pattern and curled fluffy tail -Given by his father-; a pair of black markings in her cheeks and tinny mole but mostly, her mother's complexion...

Annie concivbio unos cuantos rasgos complementarios de su herecia mezclada de Lobo y Perro, como lo es su pelaje gris-blanco-negro y su colita esponjada y enrollada - heredada de su padre-; y una par de marquitas en sus mejillas, un pequeño lunar, pero en su mayoria, la complexion de su madre...

Annie grew more complex each time and with her personallity now defined I was curious to expand her into a more natural and ordinary set up.

Annie comenzo a hacerse mas compleja cada vez y con su personalidad ahora definida estaba curioso por llevarla a interactuar a un mundo mas ordinario y natural.

In addition to the webcomic's cast, Finic made her appearance as one of the many friendly neighbors that Annie gets to know in where she lives at. Finic is one of many iconical characters that my friend Avencri has, so I was very excited to have the chance to include her in the cast as a very significant add on to the story and our friendship.

En adicion al reparto del webcomic, Finic hizo su aparicion como una de los muchos vecino que Annie llega a conocer en el lugar donde vive. Finic es uno de los muchos personaje iconicos que mi amigo Avencri tiene, asi que estaba muy emocionado de tener la oportunidad de incluirla en el reparto como agergado muy importante para la historia asi como estrechar los lazos de nuestra amistad.

Ollie also had her chance to show her nature as a growing primary character. - She seems to care little about her health as Annie trys to kick some sense in her- Ollie had another name at the beginning, but I later changed it thanks to a brilliant suggestion that one of my friend's gave me, I though the name would perfectly fit, and it did.

Ollie tambien tuvo la oportunidad de mostrar su naturaleza como un personaje principal en crecimiento. -parece que le importa muy poco su salud y Annie intenta hacerla entrar en razon- Ollie tuvo otro nombre al comienzo, pero luego lo cambie gracias a una sugerencia realmente buena que me dio un amigo, pese que el nombre encajaria perfectametne, y asi fue.

Annie's different outfits canalized much of my inquires about giving her a new official ware, none of these takes really convinced me, but it sure gave me a neat idea of changing the cast's outfits each seasons.

Los diversos vestuarios de Annie me ayudaron a canalizar muchas de mis inquietudes sobre darle un vestuaria oficial, ninguno de estos intentos me lograron convencer, pero si me dieron un a buena idea para cambiar los vestuarios del reparto cada temporada.

Ollie stood out from the first cast making a big leap from supporting character, to a primary along with Annie, as one of her most trusty and closest friend.

Ollie destaco del primer reparto haciendo un salto enorme de personaje de apoyo, a primario junto con Annie, como su amiga mas confiable y cercana.

Rachel on the other hand, had a rough breakthrough. At that time her role as secondary wasn't very define, so I kept changing both her looks and background,while finding the right place for her in the story.

Raquel por otra parte, tuvo muchos dificultades. Para entonces su rol como personaje secundario no estaba muy definido, asi que estuve cambiando muy seguido su apariencia y su historia de fondo, para tratar de darle el lugar indicado para la historia.

Leia went through a total make over, she went from a total grown up woman to shy teenager in almost a blink of an eye. But Even thought, her role as secondary was yet to be defined.

Leia tambien sufrio un cambio total, paso de ser una mujer totalmente crecida a una timida adolecente en un instante. Pero aun asi, su rol como pesonaje secundario estaba todavia por definirse.

Annie's Familiy was a very fundamental part for her growing background. It helped me define many aspects of her personality and physical traits as well.

The first take of my webcomic's main cast gave Annie a wider source for interaction and promising opportunity to grow as a character. The cast includes two of my old revamped characters like Rachel and Leia, and so as some other new that didn't get beyond this premature stage. the comic age strucked me thanks to many inspiring webcomics that I watched, but I specially consider one to be the most influential to get me started at that time, LAS LINDAS by my friend Chalo.

La etapa de los comic me llego gracias a los muchos webcomics que veia, pero puedo decir que uno de ellos fue uno de los que mas me inspiro a comenzar con la idea, y ese fue LAS LINDAS de mi amigo Chalo.

Annie stood as one of my most important characters I've ever created, She has been around since I started seriously on anthro art, and has meant a lot to me since time before that, So I felt a strong need to emphasize a radical change in her as it was happening to me. After leaving DA prematurely, I decided that year, to start her new make over, and at first glace I noticed that I had been working mainly on her wild and carefree side over the years, a double edged trait that ultimately drives part of her actual personality.

Annie se destaco como una de los personajes mas importantes que eh creado, ella a estado conmigo desde que empeze seriamente con el arte Antropomorfo, y a significado mucho para si desde hace ya mucho tiempo antes que eso, asi que senti una nesecidad muy fuerte de enfatizar un cambio radicar en ella asi como estaba suciediendo conimgo. despues de dejar DA prematuramente, Decidi ese año, en empezar con un su nueva apariencia, de primer instancia note que estuve trabajando principalmente en su parte salvaje y despreocupada por años, un aspecto de doble filo que sigue moldeando parte de su personalidad actual.

Many of her wild aspects resided much in her posture, personal belongings and what she wore at that time. I remember taking her lattes look in that period and went thought a lot of experimentation with it.

Mucho de su aspecto salvaje residia en su postura, sus articulos personales y en lo que vestia en aquel entonces. Recuerdo haber tomado su mas reciente look en aquel momento y lo someti a muchas experimentaciones.

Besides her ongoing wild side appearance, I was a times captivate by her soft-cute side, and suddenly began to feel more attracted to that very significant part of her each time. Her looks got softer and her cuteness started to show.

THE BEGINNING...
This is the picture of Annie that started the whole revolution of her new look,personality and name , it was the first gaze at the rebirth of my lead character, and the perfect opportunity for rediscovering her again.

Since I created her, she has been a special girl to me and a very intimate part of my works and feelings, she has shown the many facets in my life, and unveiled to me one of my deepest needs... the need of love and undestanding.

Still having that I mind, I found it hard in searching the right feel for her but after countless tries and constant hardships during the latest years of my life, She has finally reached her maturity; and I'm pleased to invite you guys to watch her evolution since my departure to nowadays!

Esta es la imagen de Annie que inicio toda la revolucion de su nueva apariencia, personalidad y nombre, fue la primera mirada al renacimiento de mi protagonista, y la perfecta oportunidad para volvera a redescubrir.

Desde que la cree a sido un chica especial para mi y una parte muy intima de mis trabajos y sentimientos, ella fue la que mostro las muchas facetas de mi vida, y tambien la que me revelo mis mas profundos nesecidades, el amor y la comprension.

Aun teniendo todo eso en mente se me hizo dificl llegar a darle ese senitdo especial pero despues de bastantes intentos y pasar por muchos apuros durante los estos años, a llegado a su completa madurez; y los quiero invitar a que vean su evolucion desde el dia que parti hasta la hoy en dia!

It's a short two page comic featuring one of the many assassinations that Emmanuel has been involved in. As far as this story goes, she's now being kept by the local mental health institution supervised by detective Fren Hernandez. Emmanuel started to confess her crimes plotting a little sick trust cycle between the detective and her.

[[[ First of all, I’d like to extend a warm – W E L C O M I N G - to you all people, watchers, readers, buddies, friends, family and yet-to-know friendly fellows. To my -S K E T C H B L O G -! -There’s gonna’ been plenty of room for power pondering, stories, reviews, gossip and rare art works that I’m willing to show in its most rawest form.- and… why not?... occasional serve some tasty -cheesecakes- . The blog will perform mainly as my sketchbook, since most of my significant works and concepts are in a rough state. To Begin with I would like to tell you guys, what happened to me during the last years, so I’ll break it up in the most simple way I can, avoiding taking much of your time with unnecessary details. –Okay, so… - The Years that came after my eventual departure of the webs second life, I was chased by a huge monster called the –Career-, a creature I spent all my time feeding all that I had, consuming me both mentally and physically, it was at times suffocating. but thanks to that hardening I learned a lot, and managed to mold my way and become the happy determined Graphic Designer I am today. I Praise my -Pops’- for all the support during that time, I’ve couldn’t gone far if it weren’t for them. I recently graduated, and worked a freelanced for a short time, but I had nothing for sure, so I decided to find a steady paid job, and since then its been hard trying to find a steady job that at least could pay off the time I spent feeding the monster and at the mean time paying off the expenses. Lately I’ve striving between doing what I really wish to do and what I’m supposed to do… -Sigh- I hope that one day soon I find a right place for me.

During that time I found relief in getting back to the things I enjoyed doing the most, so music and art filled the void in me. As for – M U S I C -, I made a big leap in developing a personal playing style - that still its in development- and achieving a more complex variety of musical compositions, I wish for better results, but that needs more time and dedication that I simply cant afford while trying to figure out how to manage things for next life step. As for – F I X E R – ( My band ) , we’re still cramped and limping on the field, thanks to physical distances between us and our growing academic goals – we don’t get much time to practice or hang out as we did before -, and for now the band project will be in hold until further notice. But even with the odds in game, I still play my music and rarely record a couple of decent jams. As for – A R T -, well, I came back to the basics of character development and storytelling, and focused completely on harnessing personality and distinctive traits from a few characters that I made through my artistic span and consider to be relevant; mainly on my Lead Female – A N N . M A R I E – - the Wolf girl that some used know as Marisela -, she went through a lot changes during that time, in background story, wardrobe, appearance but essentially in personality. Her development served me as a point of reference in my progress, but as long as it took get me to get her definitive appearance not very far from today, I was never happy with much of the results, so I continuously cycled through vicious art blocks and obsessive attention to details that lasted until a few months before I graduated. During those early days of development I realized that my characters needed a place where to develop their lives and stories into a further more rich, complete and autonomous universe, and so I thought of the advantages that sequential art could provide to pull off the suggestion, and with the advices of some experienced friends on the field, I was totally convinced that the better way to work the idea out as a whole was making a – W E B. C O M I C - , an idea that for now its still in progress; so I’ll be handling things from time to time, first here and maybe later on the Web Comic -but I won’t be promising anything yet - .

in addition, I though of the things that are important for an artist to develop completely. An Artist needs practicing, a firm determination, constancy, and a continuous source of inspiration and feedback, something’s that if lacking, anyone will end up questioning the future of his/her’s work. – as it many times crossed my mind and - -NEVER- - wish to anyone.

[[[ Primero que nada, les quiero dar a todos una muy cálida - B I E N V E N I D A -; a todo los visitantes, lectores, compañeros, amigos, familiares y todas aquellas personas que todavía me faltan conocer. A mi - S K E T C H B L O G ! - Va ha haber bastante lugar para reflexiones, historias, reseñas y un que otra platica, así como también trabajos artísticos insólitos que estoy dispuesto a enseñar en su mas prematura etapa.- Y... ¿Porqué no?... mostrar ocasionalmente una que otra - lindura- . El blog va funcionar principalmente como mi sketchbook, debido a que la gran mayoría de mis trabajos y conceptos más representativos están en forma de boceto. - Estan cordialmente bienvenidos -]]]

Para empezar me gustaría contarles que fue lo que me aconteció en lo últimos años, así que tratare de contarlo de la manera más sencilla posible, evitando quitarles su tiempo entrando en detalles innecesarios Así que... - Los años que le siguieron después de que me retire de la web, me estuvo persiguiendo un -señor monstruote - que le llaman -La Carrera-, un bastardo al que tuve que alimentar con todo lo que tenia, me consumía mental y físicamente y en ratos me sofocaba. Pero gracias a eso, aprendí mucho, y logre hacerme camino para convertirme en el feliz y determinado Diseñador Gráfico que soy ahora. Les agradezco a mis - Pas’ - por todo el apoyo que me dieron durante esos tiempos, no hubiera podido llegar lejos si no fuera por ellos. Me gradúe recientemente y comenzé a trabajar como freelanced por un tiempo, pero como no era nada seguro, me decidí a buscar un trabajo estable que al menos pudiera cobrarse el tiempo que pase alimentando al bastardo monstruo de la carrera y al mismo tiempo que me ayude con los gastos. Ultimamente e estado batallando para decidirme en hacer lo que en realidad deseo hacer y lo que se supone que debería hacer.... - Suspiro - Espero que algún un día pronto encuentre un lugar para mi.

Durante aquel tiempo, encontré un alivio regresando a hacer las cosas que siempre disfrutaba hacer, así que la música y el arte lleno el vació que estaba en mi. En cuestión de la - M U S I C A - , hice un salto enorme, desarrollando un estilo personal para tocar - un estilo en el que todavía sigo trabajando - y también logrando realizar una variedad mas compleja de composiciones musicales, desearía tener mejores resultados, pero eso necesitaría más tiempo y de dedicación de mi parte, algo que por el momento no puedo brindar mientras busque acomodarme a mi nuevo estilo de vida. En - FIXER- ( Mi banda ), todavía seguimos en pie pero con menos intensidad que antes, todo eso se lo debemos a que estamos muy lejos unos de otros y que las metas académicas de cada uno son muy diferentes - ya no tenemos mucho tiempo para practicar o pasear como lo teníamos antes -, y por ahora el proyecto de la banda se mantendrá quieto por un rato hasta otra ocasión. Aun con todo lo que esta pasando, sigo tocando mi música y de vez en cuando grabo un que otro demo que puedo considerar decente. En cuestión de - A R T E - bueno, regrese a lo básico en diseño de personajes y desarrollo de historia, enfocandome completamente en trabajar la personalidad y las características distintivas de algunos de mis personas que hecho en mi carrera artística y que considero relevantes: principalmente en mi protagonista - A N N . M A R I E - . La Chica Lobo que algunos solían conocer como Marisela-, Ella sufrió muchos cambios durante aquel tiempo, en su historia de fondo, vestimenta, apariencia pero esencialmente en su personalidad. Su desarrollo me sirvió como punto de referencia en mi progreso, pero por mucho tiempo que me tomo llegar a su apariencia final - no muy lejos de hoy -, nunca estuve contento con la mayoría de los resultados, así que continuamente me ciclaba en bloqueos artísticos y en prestar una obsesiva atención a los detalles, algo que me duro hasta hace unos meses antes de que me graduara. Durante aquellos primero días de desarrollo me di cuenta que mis personajes necesitaban un lugar en donde crecer en sus vidas e historias para así construir un universo mucho mas autónomo, variado y completo, así que pensé en las ventajas que podría ofrecer el arte secuencial para lograr materializar la idea, y con el consejo de algunos amigos con experiencia en el campo, me convencí totalmente de que la mejor manera de trabajar la idea como un todo era haciendo un -W E B . C O M I C -. Un idea que por ahora esta todavía en progreso, así que prefiero manejar las cosas de poco en poco, por lo que no voy a prometer nada por el momento -

Asimismo, pensé en las cosas que resultan ser importantes para que un artista se desarrolle completamente. Un artista necesita practicar, una determinación muy firme, constancia, y una fuente continua de inspiración y retroalimentación, cosas que si llegan a faltan, cualquier se pondría a cuestionar el futuro de su trabajos. - algo que muchas veces paso por mi cabeza y - - NUNCA - - le deseo a nadie -.

I’m currently an Amateur Musician and an audio engineer enthusiast. In my spare times, I compose and produce my own songs, I’m also Lead Guitar and Singer in my friend’s and I project-band “F i x e r” at Nuevo Casas Grandes (NCG), Chihuahua, México.

Professionally I’m a Graphic Designer and Artist, but as an independent, I found my vocation in composing songs, producing my own material, experimenting with musical concepts and building up skill. recently, it has worked for me as a significant tool for supporting my projects in my professional span, and so as motivation to increase a wider musical sense in my person. I’m still developing my skills, and searching within my talents to evolve a personal style in my music, and yet finding a voice to transcend the meaning I wish to communicate with my work.

In “F i x e r”, we grew as a self-taught band, and since then we’ve been striving to stick to our own musical convictions and skills. With that in mind, our intention is to define an original sound for our band, which has been hard to accomplish even today. That is why we always keep learning and thriving into a constant formation. Our band has suffered a lot of changes during these last years, but we’re still trying to keep our musical vision alive, even though destiny and long distances threaten to separate us from each other.

.:: T H E . S T O R Y ::.
The idea of becoming a band started as a vague idea, that me and a couple of friends had once, and as time passed, without noticing, it began to grow, becoming in a reality, maintaining as one of my current objectives.

We made the first steps during 2000, the idea was laid off, and it depended on us to make it possible. We started as three scarcely equipped amateurs, with a temporary band name and not a single slice of experience on making music. We found the future of the band highly uncertain during that first year, but still, we kept our hopes high and our efforts to solely improve our skill. During that time, I made my first attempts on record with a sloppy installation done with patched cables and my computer soundcard, fair enough to record with an old forgotten electric guitar and amplifier that I scavenged from my brother’s closet. I started using that guitar a couple of years ago without any experience, trying hard to pull some tunes out of it, but still ,it wasn’t good enough, although it helped me make some fascinating moments possible.

In 2001 the band started to firmly shape, with the acquisition of new equipment, experience, improvised material and finally, the arrival of the last member of the band. We quickly developed a routine for the project. At that time with didn’t have a real name nor any noticeable style. We also worked with rhythm, basic tunes, but mainly on our coordination. At the same time, I placed my efforts on improving my recording techniques and music production quality. These first recording attempts helped me redefine my musical convictions and my interest on the projects’ potential.

From 2002 and 2004, we focused on maintaining the cohesion between us as a band, learned to have constancy and improved our skill while composing new material. On the other side, my production techniques improved substantially with the aid of computer software, helping me produce more complex and consistent material; thus proposing a reliable way to practice the original material that the band produced. We consider those years to be the best we ever had as a band, we made great improvements , we also had the rare opportunity to assist a couple of events and enjoying a lot of inspirational moments. But, as time passed, and some of the member’s interests changed, the band started to lose it’s cohesion, ending in the gradual abandon of one of the band’s member. Disconcerted with what happened, we kept our chins up and our band’s vision steady. But even with our enthusiasm, we weren’t prepared for what was going to happen next.

Unfortunately, between 2005 and 2007, times changed, and our academic objectives became our top priority, separating us for a long time. We seldom practiced, we had little time to compose and not to mention we had counted time to hang on as friends. The band started to loose it’s intensity, leading us to consider the project for a stand by. Then, I began to place all my efforts in forging a style form my music, I worked in more significant and consistent material, building up skill, recording, producing, writing and singing. Recently on 2007, we decided to reform the band’s alignment and make way for the next step, we gave the project a definitive name and thus the band was reborn as “ F i x e r “.

Even now this year, on 2008, I’m still in constant formation, keeping up with my friends and band. We know that is going to take a while for us to complete our musical vision, but, we are truly decided to do our steps firmly, in order to make this dream come ture.

En la actualidad soy un músico amateur y un entusiasta en la ingeniería en sonido. Compongo y produzco mis propias canciones en mis ratos libres. Soy también guitarra principal y voz de la banda proyecto que tenemos entere mis amigos y yo llamada “ F i x e r ” en la localidad de Nuevo Casas Grandes (NCG), Chihuahua, México.

Profesionalmente soy Diseñador y Artista Gráfico, pero como independiente encontré mi vocación en componer y producir temas musicales, experimentando con mis propios conceptos y alcances musicales; recientemente me a funcionando como una herramienta importante para apoyar mis proyectos profesionalmente, al igual que un motivación para incrementar un sentido musical amplio en mi persona. Sigo desarrollando mis habilidades, y buscando en mis talentos evolucionar un estilo propio en mi música, así como también encontrar una voz propia para trascender el mensaje que deseo comunicar con mis trabajos.

En “ F i x e r “, crecimos con una banda autodidacta, y desde entonces hemos estamos luchado por mantenernos fieles a nuestras convicciones musicales y habilidades aprendidas, con la l intención de definir un sonido original para nuestra banda, hasta hoy a sido una tarea sumamente difícil para todos nosotros, y por ello nos mantenemos siempre en una constante formación y estado de aprendizaje. Nuestra banda a sufrido muchos cambios durante los últimos años pero aun así seguimos tratando de mantener nuestra visión musical viva, a pesar de que el destino y las largas distancias nos tiendan a separar cada vez más.

.:: L A . H I S T O R I A ::.
La de idea de convertirnos en una banda desde el comienzo, fue solo una idea vaga que tuvimos un grupo de amigos y yo, y que sin pensarlo, fue madurando con el tiempo, convirtiendose en una realidad y en una de mis propósitos más vigentes.

Durante el 2000 dimos los primeros pasos, la idea estaba vigente, y era cuestión de nosotros hacerla realidad. Para aquel entonces la banda contaba con un nombre provisional, tres integrantes mal equipados, nada de experiencia y la constante duda de saber si funcionaria o no la idea; lo que nos hizo cuestionar el futuro de la banda durante ese año. Aun así seguimos con las ánimos en alto y nuestros esfuerzos para mejorar. Durante ese tiempo surgieron mis primeros intentos por aprender a grabar y componer lo que captaba con la guitarra eléctrica. Hice una instalación muy básica entre unos cables armados y la tarjeta de sonido de la computadora, era rudimentario, pero suficiente para lograr grabar. Unos años atrás, con mi casi nula experiencia en música, y mis grandes ilusiones por aprender a tocar, tome una olvidada guitarra y amplificador del armario de mi hermano y me esforcé para tratar de tocar algún tono que me gustara o que al menos pudiera mantener.

En el 2001 la banda comenzaría a tomar cuerpo, con la introducción de nuevo equipo, experiencia y material original improvisado y finalmente la llegada del ultimo integrante de la banda, rápidamente desarrollamos una rutina de nuestro proyecto que para ese entonces no contaba con estilo ni nombre reconocible. En ese entonces ocupábamos formar ritmos y tonos básicos, mientras trabajamos en la coordinación y el ritmo. al mismo tiempo, dedicaba esfuerzos para lograr mejorando mis métodos de grabación y calidad de producción en la edición musical. Estos primero intentos de grabación me ayudar reafirmar mis convicciones musicales y aumentar mi interés en el proyecto.

En los siguientes años del 2002 al 2004, Nos enfocamos a mantener la cohesión entre nosotros como banda, tener constancia y fortalecer nuestra habilidades para manejar los instrumentos y componer canciones. Por mi parte, el software me ayudo a mejorar enormemente la calidad de producción en la ediciones, logre realizar composiciones mas complejas y consistentes, y así una manera viable para practicar con la banda el material original que se producía. Aquellos años los llegamos a consideramos los mejores momentos de la banda, tuvimos un buen avance, logramos presentarnos en unos cuantos eventos y disfrutar de muchos momentos de inspiración; pero, a medida que cambiaban los intereses y los convicciones de algunos integrantes, la banda comenzó a perder la cohesión con la se llego a empezar, terminando en el paulatino abandono de uno de los integrantes. Desconcertados por lo que sucedió, procuramos mantener nuestros ánimos, y continuar con la visión de la banda. Pero, nada nos tendría preparados para lo que sucedería en los siguientes años.

Desafortunadamente durante el 2005 y el 2007, los tiempos cambiaban y nuestros objetivos académicos se tornaron una prioridad para todos nosotros, esto nos mantendría lejos por un buen tiempo. Se volvieron sumamente escasos los momentos en los que nos podíamos juntar para practicar o amenos para convivir como amigos. La banda fue disminuyendo su intensidad , y en consecuencia, decidimos dejarla detenida por un rato. Fue entonces cuando comencé a enfocar todos mis esfuerzos en fortalecer un estilo para mi propia música, trabajar en material mas significativo y consistente, así como también mejorar mis habilidades para grabar, producir, escribir y cantar. Recientemente en el 2007, Decidimos reformar la alineación de la banda y dar el siguiente paso, formalizando la idea con un nombre definitivo para el proyecto, la banda volvió a renacer como “ F i x e r “ .

Todavía en este año del 2008 ,sigo en constante formación y en pie con mis amigos y mi banda, lo que talvez lleve bastante tiempo para solidificarse. Sabemos que son pasos cortos, pero estamos decididos a hacerlos con firmeza .
